Our Client is a subsidiary of Singapore Post Limited, a public listed company backed by the world’s largest eCommerce company - Alibaba. Since its set-up in 2012, SP eCommerce now runs the entire e-commerce operation for adidas Online Store, Levi’s, Philips, Toshiba, vPOST, Omigo.com, and many other leading brands across several countries in the region.
They are a young start-up that enables e-commerce business, offering best-in-class e-commerce technology, digital marketing services, customer care support, combined with an extensive fulfilment and logistics network. Our team is multi-cultural, backed by decades of e-commerce expertise.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end management of an Online Store
- Work with the logistics and customer service teams to optimise user experience and satisfaction
- Report key business metrices to ensure optimal store performance.
- Assist internal stakeholders on key tasks
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Passion and Entrepreneurial Drive
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong interest in eCommerce
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
