Job description
You will attend to patron's requests and enquiries, and perform all customer-related service functions to provide excellent support to customers. In addition, you will be responsible for security of cash, tickets and equipments in the Cineplex, as well as perform duties in box office, concession and ushering. You will also operate the automated ticketing system and assist in cinema telephone information services.
Prerequisites
You must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and be a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. You must be able to work on rotating shift, weekends and public holidays.
