- Servers: Send the drink and food orders to customer.

- Cashier: Keys in the order's to the point of sales machine, counts the cash float, giving exact change to customer and answering the phone for home delivery calls.
- Barista: Makes the Hot and Specialty drinks, serves the cold drinks and keeping the drinks station clean at all times.
