EXPERTISE:
- Proficient about back- and front-end technology
- Keeps abreast with latest technology trends and integrates those trends into the company's strategy
TEAM:
- Figure out where, when and how to bring on development talent
- Evaluating and vetting technical hires or tech-related partnerships
LEADERSHIP:
- Building a high level tech spec, technical frameworks and architecture about what will get developed, how it will be built, and making sure the right stuff is delivered at the right time
- Ensure knowledge retention and scalability of core infrastructure
REQUIREMENT:
- 8 – 10 year Technical Experience, including start-up environment with experience from co-founding to exiting preferred
RENUMBERATION:
- 2 hours/week minimum at $50 - 150/hour, 0.5 – 3% equity
- Negotiable, depending on experience and commitment level
