Isn’t it a bit strange that in this world of iPads and always-on Internet you still have to wait 30 minutes to see the doctor, at which point (s)he’ll write down your notes on (heaven forbid) paper? And what if you’re referred from one doctor to another and they need to access your old records? In a world where you can watch and listen to any song ever recorded with just a couple clicks on a device that fits in your pocket, people shouldn't be dying because they were given medicine they were allergic to in the emergency room because the ER doctor didn’t have access to the patient’s medical records.
We have done the seemingly impossible, an application that doesn’t change the doctors' workflow yet manages their patient records electronically. We’re all about doctor user experience (yes it’s very different from normal user experience, trust us). We’re funded, loved by doctors and having a blast! We are looking for a Customer success intern. You will be working with our Customer Success manager to support the company's customer success efforts. 

You will need to have:

Initiative; to kickstart ideas that have never been tried before.

Confidence; to be unfazed by the magnitude of impact we will be making in the industry.

Discipline; to work around regulations and work with multiple layers of security.

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

We are Looking for an individual with good English skills.  Said individual will have a variety of tasks up to and including:

 

  • Customer Relationship Management via speaking to existing customers (Doctors and Nurses)
  • Management of CRM tools
  • Creation of workflow specific guides for doctors and nurses
  • Working with a designer / web developer to create said systems and guides
  • Troubleshooting our application
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to speak another language is a plus
