1) Enhancing KC E-commerce capability
a. Website audit of all e-retailers to ensure digital shelf is fully optimized
b. Upon audit, come up with a plan to engage all relevant retailers under the guidance of CDMs
2) Expanding KC’s footprints in Convenience Channel
a. To develop a plan under the guidance of Group CDM to expand our business with the convenience retailers, i.e. 7-11 & Cheers
b. To engage and negotiate with retailers to ensure plan is executed
