Job Description
  • Key Tasks : assist the Regional HR Director in the following areas
  • Input to Action Survey Implementation : monitor the implementation progress of regional key initiatives; alert the HR Director of delays or difficulties from the execution,; prepare communications as necessary
  • HR Dashboard : set up the SOP toolkit explaining how to complete the HR Dashboard; assist with updating the Dashboard on a quarterly basis during the assignment
  • Top Talent Development Activities : organize top talent events as per HR Director’s brief, including talks by senior leaders, learning forums, virtual training etc

  • Qualifications
  • Postgraduate or MBA student, preferably with some working experience
  • Major in business management or HR; good communication skills and fluent English
  • Can be of any gender and Singaporeans preferred
