Job Description

Period: 3-6 months

Location: Singapore, UE Square


Key Accountabilities and Business Priorities 

Monthly report-outs

  • Assist updating business CI scorecard and monthly call materials
  • Coordinate a communication and update regional supply chain scorecard
  • Complete regional CI monthly report
  • Support for any necessary coordination and communication related with business CI

Demand and supply balance

  • Coordinate a communication to update 3Q demand/supply data into RCP system
  • Make summary of the data, complete a basic analysis and support to develop the summary report for business sectors.


Supply Chain Evolution

  • Support to start tracking and reporting global standard measures
  • Support to build a new evolution model for supply chain
  • Support any supply chain innovation related works, follow-ups and coordination


Essential Knowledge/Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in supply chain, logistics areas and continuous improvement efforts
  • Strong communications and project management skill
  • Experienced in using Microsoft office; especially in Excel and Powerpoint is a must
  • Ability to multi-task and work with diverse countries in APAC
  • Critical Skills/Qualifications: Influencing/Change Management/Negotiation/ Analytics /Commercial & Contract Acumen/ Stakeholder Management/ Emotional Intelligence 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill Fluent in English.  Having a second Asian language would be highly beneficial
