Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a permanent position in Keywords Singapore Studio.
We are seeking Singaporeans and candidates eligible to work in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on best practices and agree on project processes and timelines.
- Liaise with clients to understand their goals and expectations, and anticipate/address client needs and concerns to prevent issues.
- Plan and organize induction of new testers
- Working with the QA Manager, ensure each of their projects are resourced effectively taking into account the best available resources and the costs of the resources.
- Work with Recruitment to ensure utilization of the most cost effective resources to meet client expected quality standards.
- Select, instruct and manage internal resources in order to ensure the right resources are used and that they perform according to the project instructions, client expectations and the company''s QA procedures.
- Develop and grow client relationships whilst achieving/exceeding the expected margins by providing creative, industry, technical and tactical business solutions.
- Continuously manage and adapt the work plan and resources required in consultation and agreement with the client.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Strong cooperation with the QA Leads and coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Monitor, analyze and maintain project financials, including revenue recognition, budget forecasting and invoicing.
- Compiling monthly testing reports that elaborate on the status of currently running projects, evaluate the team performance, track basic financial data and provide transparency for the top management on the daily business.
- Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to
identify successful and unsuccessful project elements (both external and internal) and solicit feedback from customer.
- Generate post mortem summaries and develop concrete action plans for process improvements.
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
- Identify opportunities and spearhead initiatives to continuously improve service and process under industry specific requirements.
- Participate in regular internal meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Direct work experience in a Localization QA capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
- Strong familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project, Core Time.
- Competent and proficient understanding of platforms, such as Xbox, PlayStation, Wii, DS/DSi, 3DS, PSP, PS Vita, iPhone/iPad etc.
- Demonstrated experience in personnel management.
- Technically competent with various software programs, such as Microsoft Office.
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
- Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
- Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines.
- Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
- Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.
- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
- Customer service skill is an asset.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is
crucial.
- Understanding of the importance of demonstrating respect and confidentiality regarding company and client information.
- Demonstrates highest standards of customer satisfaction, while being deadline driven.
- Communicates effectively with customers to identify needs and resolve concerns.
