Job Description
- Maintain vendor pool database (contact information, availability, work hours, key strengths, score card, terms of business, key notes etc.)
- Actively recruit and on board new localisation resources to the qualified pool.
- Track vendor performance across projects and document.
- Provide support to Project Management team to find vendors/freelancers best qualified for the nature of each project in a timely fashion.
- Work closely with all external resources to continually improve the quality and responsiveness of their service delivery to the Company.
- Perform regular reviews of terms to ensure the vendor base keeps track with market demands.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Vendor Manager in dealing with any vendor issues.
- Implement new processes and/or products with external vendors, in order to increase efficiencies. Follow up on resulting impact and report on performance.
