Due to business growth and expansion of factory, we are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our team.
1. To review & update Employee Handbook.
2. To review, enhance or develop HR standard of procedure and guideline to be in-line with the company's policies & practices.
3. Other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Management or equivalent
2. Basic knowledge on local employment regulations
3. Good command of English and Mandarin as need to translate Chinese documents into English and vice versa
4. Strong in written skills
5. Proficient in Microsoft office and excel
6. Able to work independently, meticulous
