KCT Engineering Pte Ltd – Quantity Surveyor

Project budgeting and costing reports. •

Prepare and submit variation and cost claims. •

Review subcontractor claims, materials on site and claim. •

Liaise with owners, consultants and sub-contractors and support project management team. •

Identify variation orders and submit accurate cost implications, spreadsheets and formation of sub-contract documents and conditions. Location: East area. Salary Range: $2000 and above (Depending on experiences and qualifications).

Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday), 9.00am to 3.00pm (Sat)

Qualification

• Diploma in Quantity Surveyor(QS) or Building or related course work OR
• Bachelor's Degree-Graduate Degree (BA, BSc, BCom)       
• Preferrably 2 years experience in the residential, commercial or retail structural work
• Experienced from exterior construction industry in Singapore will have added advantage

Skills

• Have good knowledge of quantity surveying work in road works ; good product and cost knowledge in road and structural work
• Good knowledge in residential (HDB), community building,  commercial building submission, setup requirement, etc.
• Strong Initiatives, Organized and meticulous
• Able to work independently and ability to keep good reporting and documentation works 
• Have good communication skills ( English & Mandarin)  with engineers, project managers and also colleagues
• Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Excel, Word, Power Point, etc)
• Interested in Hands-On experience ? We got it. You would also be provided with construction site training with actual materials and products
