POSITION SUMMARY
· To work with the Regional Talent team in building and managing a high performing organization and drive client value
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Operations:
- Understand and support the Kantar Health Talent strategy
- Work with internal departments to ensure the output from the annual employee survey is a platform for improvement
- Ensure all HR
Operations & Administrative responsibilities are delivered
effectively – includes but not limited to internal database / system
maintenance, leave & attendance, payroll inputs (not processing),
information collection, organization & maintenance.
Performance management:
- Generate reports to inform the Talent & Business about the PMR process.
- Maintain data & information that is crucial for a strong PMR practice
Talent management:
- Support retention programmes from operations perspective
Recruiting & retention:
- Be a brand ambassador of Kantar Health to candidates
- Aid in the recruitment process as required – posting jobs, managing response, scheduling, letter generation, database maintenance, reporting
Compensation & benefits:
- Implement compensation related policies & strategies with guidance from Talent Director
Employee relations:
- Develop skills as Listener & Advisor on Talent issues at junior level
- Play a crucial role in having ‘ear to the ground’
- Implement & manage policies and programmes covering employment with assistance of TNS Shared Services where appropriate
Legal & Compliance:
- Compliance with & enforcing all legislative requirements
- Maintain current knowledge of all HR regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments & applicable laws
Key challenges:
- Begin to appreciate culture diversity to
effectively implement HR processes or change projects
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge areas and experience:
- Has 1 - 3 years’ experience in any HR functional area (Recruitment Operations, Training Administration, General HR Administration)
Key skills:
· Appreciate the strategic vision and engage in implementation at a regional level
· Create working relationships with internal clients & shared service partners
· Has strong organizational skills, with ability to manage and maintain data
· Good communication skills
· Demonstrate ability to network (within Kantar and external)
· Able to implement change strategy
· Able to identify conflict and escalate where necessary
· Ability to work in English. Ability to speak and read Mandarin would be added advantage
