Job Description
This Customer Service Officer is responsible for coordinating customer care and providing administrative support to an e-commerce site:
Key tasks:
• Have thorough understanding about company’s service and answer to customer inquiries by mail and/or by phone
• Maintain customer database by updating account information
• Process refund via backend administration platform
• Ensure high level of customer service by following through with customers and maintaining a good quality customer relationship
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
Job Requirements:
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is a must
• Bachelor Degree and higher
• Having experiences in Customer Service is a plus
• Good communication skills
• Basic Excel skills
• Singaporean and PR only
