			Job Description
				We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates leadership skills, has vision/ideas, initiative, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
The candidate's main objective is to launch and monitor digital marketing campaigns to achieve the company's business targets.
Primary tasks will be:
- Identify the most effective mix of affiliate partners to achieve conversion and CPA targets. Create, execute, analyze and optimize marketing campaigns with them.
- Initiate effective bidding strategies and ads group management to reach acquisitions volume target and efficiency metrics, such as Cost Per Acquisition or Cost Per Lead.
- Actively analyze keywords, banners, ad copy, landing pages, and target audience setting to increase CTR and sales conversion.
- Understand and leverage data in Google Analytics to gain insights on campaign performance.
- Work closely with internal Graphic Designer to create ad banners that are appealing to local consumers.
- Manage daily relationships with external media partners.
- Deliver daily and weekly reports and ad hoc results.
- Provide consistent and effective support to Regional Manager on conducting business analysis and forecasting business opportunities.
Main requirements are:
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, macro, etc).
- Experience / exposure in e-commerce business is a plus.
- Major in Marketing, Strategy or Entrepreneurship would be an advantage.
