- The intern will be working with the IT team to provide IT support to the company. Taking on the role of a IT helpdesk personnal, intern will be required to assist in troubleshooting hardware/software/network problems. Intern will get hands on experience in IT security and networking in a real organisation. Good working knowledge on Win2K/XP, MS office applications. Knowledge in IT Security and networking will be an advantage. Bilingual in English & Chinese. Good customer service and communication skills Preferably from the field of computing (technology focus) or computer engineering. Company prefers students who can commit for 6 months if possible.
