Job Description
Journey Fitness Company is on the lookout for a kinetic individual to assist with our administrative work. We provide unique training programmes that teach you how to harness your body’s innate ability to metabolise fat and in turn, improve your endurance performance, increase energy levels and improve body composition.
JOB ROLES
Client Experience. You will ensure that client experience is at the highest levels. Your phone skills are delicious and your writing is not far behind. You will answer the phone, take bookings and manage payments. You will answer email enquiries and will warmly welcome/farewell clients when they visit our lab.
Scheduling. You will ensure that our consultants know what is happening, when and where they need to be. Calendars, schedules and bookings will maintained to a very high standard.
Record Keeping. You will ensure that all company records are entered into the system and filed in the right place. You will suggest better operational procedures as you see them. Minutes of meetings will be documented and sent to each attendee.
Bits & Pieces. You will help us keep track of inventory and orders, help with data entry and keep the lab looking great (even if it means sweeping or dusting). You will be flexible and take initiative.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Someone with energy, strong work ethic, strong attention to detail and a good attitude will be key.
• You should handle stress well. During our most chaotic moments, our customers should perceive that you are calm, confident and friendly.
• You are willing to work Tuesday through Saturday.
