- The candidate will be responsible for supporting S&OP business processes and deliver a project within a 6 months’ timeframe. The scope of work includes the following:S&OP Business ProcessesSupport regional business unit leads in engagements with cross-functional teams through monthly S&OP cycles, delivering the following:
- Assist the effective sensing and management of Events (New Products Introductions, Tenders, Regulatory changes, etc) through participation in Regional S&OP and handover meetings.
- Facilitate the resolution of escalations from country teams & commercial partners to improve customer experience.
- Arrange and prepare S&OP meetings, document meeting outcomes and drive the completion of follow-up actions.
- Develop documentations of work procedures and processes.
Project Inventory OptimizationOptimize inventory through reducing pipeline inventory, excess inventory in country while maintaining end-customer service levels, delivering the following:- Review gaps in current inventory management that has resulted in or will contribute to rising inventory levels in the Asia Pacific region
- Develop inventory management procedures/processes and drive the implementation of inventory reduction plans.
- Track inventory performance, document and facilitate the sharing of best practices.
Requirements- Students with a minimum Bachelor’s Degree, pursuing a Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Systems Engineering, Logistics or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong interest to grow experience in a supply chain operations environment by learning on the job and completing a project from definition to implementation.
- Ability to work in a team setting and collaborate with multiple internal cross-functional stakeholders.
- Self-starter, fast learner, results oriented and willing to be challenged.
