We are looking for brilliant, highly motivated and bilingual individuals to add to our core John Paul team. If you are quick-thinking, fast on your feet, and up for a challenge, we are looking to enlist you in our efforts to strengthen our presence in Singapore and the greater Asia-Pacific region. This team will be on the front line with our clients and members to deliver and uphold premium customer experience standards, while working with our head office in Paris and counterparts in the global offices as part of an international operations.
Responsibilities:
Concierge (Operational Role)
- Provide premium and intuitive customer experiences
- To be accurate and timely when handling of all concierge requests originating from our clients and members
- Provide a consistently high level of professionalism and discretion when interacting with members, clients and vendors
- Compose well thought-out and accurate communications over different platforms to our clients and members
- Liaise with multiple suppliers for necessary information and coordination
- Updating of customer information for CRM database profiling
- Be in control of multiple tasks at any given moment
- Research and source for solutions independently
- Proactive in meeting goals, targets and deadlines
Internal department portfolios:
There are various portfolios to be undertaken in addition to the above operational role. The prioritization of these portfolios may change based on the evolving needs and growth of John Paul Singapore at various phases of the operations.
- Be process-driven and on the look-out for ways to simplify operations
- Understand best practices and drive to integrate them in daily team operations
- Identify opportunities and be the lead for product improvements to support overall team strategy as well as the needs of our clients and members
- Initiate change for increased productivity

- Technical aptitude and ability to work with database systems
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
Requirements:
- Shift based schedule (spanning weekends and public holidays
- Rotating off-days (5 day work week, 2 days off)
- Occasional night shifts (if required)

- In-the-know of what’s happening in Singapore and around the world
- Multi-lingual
- Concierge or related hospitality experience
