John Paul Concierge – Singapore – Private Luxury Concierge – Intern

We are looking for highly motivated, brilliant, and bilingual individuals. If you are quick-thinking, fast on your feet, and up for a challenge, come join us to ramp up our presence in Singapore and the greater Asia-Pacific region. This team will be on the front line with our clients and members to deliver and uphold premium customer experience standards, while working with our head office in Paris and counterparts in the global offices to move towards the bigger picture of international expansion.

Responsibilities:

Concierge (Operational Role)

-          Provide premium and intuitive customer experiences

-          Accurate and timely handling of all concierge requests originating from our clients and members

-          Provide a consistently high level of professionalism and discretion when handling our client and member requests

-          Compose well thought-out, accurate, and prepared communication to our clients and members

-          Liaise with multiple suppliers for necessary information and coordination

-          Updating of customer information for database profiling

-          Be in control of multiple tasks at any given moment

-          Research and source for solutions independently

-          Proactive in meeting goals, targets and deadlines

-          Patience and unique ability to handle stress

-          Technical aptitude and ability to work with database systems

-          Fluency in English and Mandarin

Requirements:

-          Shift work, spanning weekends and public holidays

-          Rotating off-days

-          Occasional night shifts (if required)

-          Multi-lingual

-          Concierge or related hospitality experience
