Responsibilities:

•To be responsible for the operational efficiency and productivity of the Cash Office
•Preparation of cash pouches, containing cash and voucher floats, for issuance to sales staff before store opens
•To receive end-of-day sales taking from sales department for collection the next day
•Checking and verification of cash float for cash changing purposes for sales staff
•To arrange for reimbursement for petty cash claims
•Daily updates of Finance templates
•Recordings of discrepancies in loss/ excess of shortages by tills and raising
•To assist in all forms of support in jobs assigned on ad-hoc basis
