Job Description
Here is what you can expect to learn:
On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for arranging the Managing Director (MD) and Assistant General Manager (AGM)’s meetings, processing of claims, printing and compiling of reports and assisting them with preparing their PowerPoint presentations.
On a weekly basis, you will be responsible for checking invoices and submitting them to finance; handling non-inventory SKU creation/inventory stock conversion and reporting of ValuePlus Card consumption.
On a monthly basis you will have to prepare the monthly funding summary into an excel for submission (funding letters to be collected from respective suppliers for payment of atrium/expo/offsive events and advertisements).
Other adhoc duties include filing, newspaper cutting (Ads), ensuring pantry suppliers are available and working together with HR to ensure monthly birthday celebrations run smoothly.
