John Little Private Limited – Graphic Designer

Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Manager, aside from assisting in implementing window and in-store display to optimize the shopping experience of our customers, you will be largely responsible for graphic designing.

Detailed Description of what the VM team’s responsibilities are:

• To maintain the company agreed standards for merchandise presentation, store events and promotions.

• Require a concentrated effort at the end of a major event.

• Working as a team member within the stores’ visual merchandising department to ensure housekeeping and maintenance of display mannequins, platforms, props and display points are at their highest standard

• To establish a strong working relationship with the operation team throughout the store floor or within the merchandise category, which one is responsible for maintaining.

• To share VM knowledge and skills with the operation team on the selling floor so as to contribute in maintaining company standards.

• Co-ordinate and execute with the operation and merchandising team for all supports needed for promotions and VM department activities with direction from Visual Merchandising managers. 

• Keeping ahead of fashions trends and liaising with merchandising and operation team for clothes to be used on mannequins.

• Ensuring quality of work produced is up to standard.

• Planning and scheduling work to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience and knowledge in Graphic Design

• Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator savvy

• Creative and resourceful

• Efficient in meeting deadlines without neglecting quality.

• Able to commit for the entire duration
