Job Description
Position: Sales and Marketing Intern (Southeast Asia region)

Available in up to 15 countries and with more than 100 point of sales globally, JOG Swimwear is fast growing in the region and this is an excellent opportunity to step into the shoes of a motivated and high-quality team intent on growing the brand into a global upmarket swimwear apparel and accessory brand. In joining the SEA team, the selected applicant(s) will work closely with both the local and regional distribution and marketing departments with responsibilities included but not limited to:

1. Commercial:
a. Search, prospect and establish point of sales within SEA; liaising with potential clients including luxury hotels, department stores, specialized boutiques, among others. 
b. Following up the existing contacts: emailing, phoning and site visits, among others.
c. CRM: invoicing, stock replenishment, order delivery, management of stock inventory, marketing events, feedback on sales, etc.
d. Stock management: ensure a timely and proper accounting of stock inventory for efficient distribution and stock-keeping.

2. Marketing:
a. Planning and executing promotional and marketing events including private sales, luxury events, among others. 
b. Analyse, develop and propose marketing and sales related activities to promote sales and brand outreach with identified market segment(s) across SEA.

3. Admin: 
a. Assist in any admin-related work as required for the proper functioning of the local office. 

Required profile: 
Strong organisation skills, sense of responsibility, passion in fashion, ideally with experience and/or keen interest in physical B2B and/or e-commerce sales.
