Job Description:
This internship contract allows the incumbent to explore the Human Resources functions with no limitations of acquiring Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Training & Development skills.
- Assist in recruitment functions
- Screening of applicants
- Conduct interviews
- Conduct reference checks
- Able to do cold-calling
- 5 Working days: Monday to Friday; 8:30am to 6pm
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) would be advantage.
