Job Description

  • Monitor debtor ageing report and overall days sales outstanding position
  • Sending out statements of account and making collection calls to customers

  • Work with customers by providing them with any of the missing sales invoice or proof of delivery

  • Arrange settlement schedule and follow up with customers on payment arrangements

  • Maintain comprehensive records of verbal and written correspondence with customers

  • Ensure prompt updating of all funds received

  • Work closely with colleagues in other departments and overseas credit officers in the group

  • Assist in supervising and monitoring the daily preparation and posting of sales invoices and credit notes

  • Perform other related duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree, or with a minimum of 2 year work experience in a similar capacity
  • Strong attention to detail. Having a keen sense of urgency

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English

  • Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving and negotiation skills

  • Firm but tactful, fast learner, resourceful, organized, independent and a good team player

  • Computer literate and good work knowledge of MS Word & Excel

Duration: 6 Months

Working Location: TUAS

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30AM to 5:00PM

Salary Range: $1500-$1700

Transport Provided
