We are looking for an energetic, motivated, fast moving individual with experience and passion in startups to be our Content and Community manager/intern in Singapore.
Core duties and accountabilities will be to drive content creation within the platform and take ownership of content management throughout the platform. This could include interviewing startup founders and staff in Singapore. Additional responsibilities will include community management and moderation, as well as community engagement.
The right candidate has a demonstrated editorial, journalistic or PR work experience, communicates effectively with people from various backgrounds and positions, has an excellent command of English, and is self-driven.

Primary
Content management
• Creation of content suitable to drive interest and engagement among users
• Developing and executing models of curation for content and users
• Management of existing content to reach the relevant audience
Community management
• Identify top influencers in the field and reach out to them to participate in the platform
• Curate users to ensure a quality and supportive community
• Encourage activity among community
Desired Skills and Experience:
• (Full-time) 2+ years professional experience in media, journalism, PR or startups
• Comfortable working in a small cross-functional team – working closely with product, engineering, design and marketing
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken; proficiency in other regional languages such as Chinese, Thai, Japanese and Korean are a significant plus
