Jewel Paymentech – Full Stack Developer Intern

We're a Financial Technology startup which focuses on developing intelligent solutions to mitigate fraud and other risks for the banking and financial industry (think payment terminals, ATMs and eCommerce gateways).

You will be responsible for:

Engineering new versions of our existing payment applications and new upcoming projects

Collaborate with in-house and remote developers to build new products (as well as enhance existing solutions)

Explore the use of new technologies in solving technical challenges

JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a resourceful, self-motivated leader that has technical credibility to manage technical teams as well as to take on the stresses of business objectives and timelines

Other Technical requirements

You absolutely love Python

and love developing applications from frontend to backend (and everything else in between)

Experience with Django, Backbone.js, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS

Knowledge of a significant set of technologies including: Linux (Ubuntu, Red Hat), Java, C, Perl, Rest/Json, Spring, MariaDB, MS SQL Server, MySQL.
