Your Task
Ensure proper maintenance of engineering and building systems from a supervisory role.
Drive marketing to property agents to maximise occupancy of buildings.
Supervise service providers and subtenant fitting-out works
Build strong, attentive relationships with tenants so as to maintain a good, positive and transparent working partnership.
Provide recommendations with regular leasing, maintenance and compliance reports
Requirements
Degree in Building / Estate Management or Engineering
Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience
Hands-on approach to supervision and tackling challenges
Experience with industrial or commercial leasing and estate management
Strong communication, documentation and knowledge management skills
