A Passion for Education and Marketing

The Marketing & Sales Executive (Higher Education) will be part of the IvyPrep's Marketing Team. The Marketing & Sales Executive will spearhead various sales and marketing initiatives, including online initiatives. This position allows for hands-on experience in a quickly-expanding small company environment, and affords substantial responsibility and room for professional growth.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about education and consulting. 

Key responsibilities include:

- Advising students & parents on IvyPrep course offerings and providing general student services
- Developing targeted marketing campaigns and executing marketing plans
- Initiating and growing partnerships with advertisers and relevant organizations
- Developing social media marketing campaigns
- Planning and coordinating events
- Helping to establish IvyPrep as the premier university admissions consultancy and test prep center 

Qualifications

- Degree or coursework in marketing-related field and/or job experience with similar emphasis
- History of experience that highlights creativity, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and initiative
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and related design software
- Knowledgeable about advertising on social media platforms, including Facebook
- Substantial team leadership experience
- Excellent communications (oral and written) and interpersonal skills, ability to work well both independently and in a team environment, and the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks within demanding deadlines
- Availability and flexibility to work during company operational hours, including selected weekday evenings and selected weekends
