- Propose solutions for customers
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending IT solutions (Telecommunication, Hosting or IT related needs)
- Manage all stages of the sales cycle including developing leads through cold-calling, qualifying prospects, customized proposal development with technical teams and negotiation with customers
- Provide an exceptional customer experience for prospects and clients to develop long-term business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations that address the client’s needs
