- Job Description
- As a team member of the Infrastructure Team, you will focus primarily on the Service Support function, supporting a wide variety of IT services within IT Operations, Infrastructure, and IT Business Systems.Responsibilities:
- Provides second-line investigation and diagnosis
- Resolves and closes incidents/service requests as per help desk procedures & allocated timelines
- Escalates unresolved incidents/service requests within agreed timescales
- Logs relevant incident/service request details per servicedesk procedures
- Communicates with client regarding incident progress
- Ensures tickets are updated at all times until issues are resolved
- Conducts hardware and software maintenance and support
Requirement:- Knowledge in IT Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
