It's Just Lunch Asia is an international dating and matchmaking service for single, busy professionals. Our personalized approach to matching makes dating fun, positive yet highly discreet. Due to our growth in 2013, we are looking for a Personal Assistant to work closely with the Manager to improve the service quality that we offer our clients.
Job Scope
* Answer incoming calls and make outgoing service calls to clients
* Office administrative duties
* Manage paperwork and filing of document
* Send Thank you notes and Birthday cards
* Assist Manager in all matters relating to office needs
Job Requirements
* Excellent command of the English language
* Customer service oriented
* Highly meticulous
* Proven organizational skills
* Friendly, positive and professional
* Adept in MS Office & Powerpoint presentations
* Minimum "O" levels
