It’s Just Lunch (IJL) Asia is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to play an exciting role in our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, online marketer with exceptional digital marketing, communication, and project management skills.
IJL Asia a global authority for dating and matchmaking for busy professionals providing our personalized and upscale services to tens of thousands of successful singles in 150 locations worldwide. Our flagship platinum and elite dating and coaching services have earned us a reputation as a leader in our industry.
Our company - an Asian HQ - has grown rapidly over the last 11 years and this expansion is leading us to hire an experienced marketer to join our team, who will contribute to our continued growth and increase our impact.
As our Digital Marketing Intern, your responsibility will be to support in accelerating our company’s growth by managing customer acquisition using marketing channels such as Facebook/Google ads, social media, list acquisition, paid media, and other online sources.
The ideal candidate will be results-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You have a love of taking ownership of multiple projects at the same time, and managing every step of the project to completion. You must be experienced at creating project plans for marketing campaigns, as well as rolling up your sleeves for tactical execution. Ideally, you enjoy developing new marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
· Take ownership of and grow customer acquisition efforts across a range of online channels
· Increase top of mind recall and gain mind share among single, busy professionals
· Direct execution and optimization of targeting, creative, media and budget allocation to maximize results
· Campaign management and reporting, including in-depth analytics
· Identify emerging customer acquisition opportunities and trends
· Partner with internal marketing team on creative & communication development
· Contribute to developing a comprehensive growth plan for the company
Ideal Qualifications
· A marketing and communications Polytechnic or University student / graduate with proven online and digital marketing experience or has proof of competency in digital marketing knowledge
· Experience with B2B digital marketing is preferred though not mandatory
· Passion for demonstrating results and applying a quantitative/analytical approach to marketing
· Excellent communication skills, particularly when explaining marketing strategy, tactics, analytics and ad-tech topics
· Excellent project management skills, attention to detail and strong strategic mindset
· Wants to work in a positive team environment
· Excited about the opportunity to create a positive difference in the world (not just holding down a job or marketing a widget you’re not really interested in)
