In support of the Singapore government’s advocacy for Flexible Work Arrangements (FWAs), Isentia is seeking individuals who like to continue being active in the workforce while maintaining a balanced lifestyle that allows some level of flexibility.
Suitability and Requirements
- This is a fixed-term (6 months or 1 year) part-time or assignment-based role that involves:
- Approximately 6-8 hours of work per day and primarily for the 1st two weeks of every month.
- Can also opt to work for normal weekdays but shorter hours.
- Work can be any day/time (weekdays or weekends) to accommodate your life arrangement.
- Work can be from home or in office. You are required to come into office occasionally for meetings or discussion.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business (preferably in marketing and communications) or related discipline
- Some level of experience in the following areas are essential:
- Mainstream or social media monitoring and analysis, and/or
- Data analysis in areas of corporate communication, public relations, marketing or market research
- English language writing skills is a MUST
- Competencies in translating any of the following languages into English would be considered FAVOURABLY
- Chinese (Traditional and/or simplified)
- Bahasa Indonesia
- Malay
- German
- Italian
- Greek
- French
- Spanish
- Japanese
- Good analytical and logical skills – able to translate data into actionable insights in the simplest and concise fashion, eye for details, and ask the “what does this mean?” to the data
- Excellent report writing skill – experience in communications and/or BOTH qualitative and quantitative research is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Research & Insights Manager, the Insights Analyst will need to extract vital information and insights based on clients’ needs, objectives and challenges. He or she will review and analyse the defined data to produce meaningful interpretations and tangible outputs that helps the clients.
- The Insights Analyst will write concise quality reports and presentation decks based on the analysed data.
- He or she may need to interact with the clients indirectly along with the Research & Insights Manager and the account servicing team occasionally.
- The individual will also need to work closely with other teams such as Sales, IT and to continuously drive improvement and innovation in our work
*This position is based in Singapore. Overseas candidates with strong native language competencies may also be considered for work as a remote analyst working within your respective markets
