Job Description

We are looking for individuals with a data and insights-focused consulting skill set, and in particular with a background in marketing, digital or social data analysis, to work on and lead a variety of engagements for MNC clients, typically in the consumer goods, hospitality, and retail industries.

 The successful candidate is likely to have developed a well-rounded core skill-set in their career to date, and is looking to execute data, insights and strategy engagements with large MNCs requiring in-depth and insightful analysis. This will most likely suit a proactive and self-motivated individual who enjoys client-side consulting and would relish the entrepreneurial environment of a boutique business. 

  • Demonstrable experience in qualitative research, data dash-boarding, insights-development, trend analysis, problem identification, commercial modeling, and business case development

  • Work with clients and agency to gather relevant data from a variety of sources including web analytic tools, native social media platform insights tools, media analytics, customer databases, social listening tools, search tools, research & survey tools, etc.

  • Distill digital data into useful insights for consumer, category, and brand across various clients

  • Deliver optimization recommendations related to media analytics, website or online experience analytics, social media, marketing analytics  

  • Work with other strategists (digital and brand), creative team, production, and account services to set measurable benchmarks for campaign effectiveness

  • Maintain weekly and monthly digital reports for various clients

  • Cross resourcing with other Concise consultants on other projects as required
