Job Description
Overview:
To assist in overseeing fitness activities station to children at an event in a manner that promotes and exemplifies the core values and mission and vision of the company.
Primary Functions:
- Assist in keeping kids collected and safe while they wait for their turn at the fitness station.
- Assist in setting up and act as "human cone" at the event booth.
- Assist in keeping the kids engaged while they are having fun trying out activities at the event booth.
- Assist with cleaning responsibilities to ensure the booth is clean and organised at all times
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Calmly and competently respond to emergency situations
- Assist with or take on any additional job duties that may arise or deemed necessary
- Be an ambassador for the company at all times
Requirements:
Must be a fun-loving, bubbly, creative person who loves and enjoys being with kids
Must bring great energy and enthusiasm to the event
Must have the emotional stamina to be “at your best” during the event
Must have an excellent listening skills
Must have the ability to effectively and efficiently handle multiple ongoing tasks
Qualifications:
No prior educational background in physical coaching/training is required
Reporting Structure:
Report to CEO
Hours and Salary:
Salary will be determined on each individual basis based on experience. Bonuses and incentive potential will be based on performance. Hours may vary, and will be confirmed by CEO.
