Job Description
A media and communications assistant will be in charge of the following tasks:
- Online research to ensure all our information is always up to date
Requirements:
- Online research to ensure all our information is always up to date
- Brainstorm ideas
- Generate articles for website, facebook and newsletter
- Generate articles for website, facebook and newsletter
- Prepare press release
- Coordination with writers
- Coordination with writers
- Scheduling editorial calendar
- Manage uploading of articles onto the website (simple managing, no prior web development skills
required)
- Attend media events

- Supporting logistical, events and admin work where necessary
Requirements:
- A Diploma or Bachelor degree in media, communication or design
- Daily user of social networks and blogs in Singapore
- Good in English
- Able to multitask
- Basic photoshop skills
- Good in English

- Prior experience in coordination & writing is a bonus
- Knowledge in web analytics and SEO is an advantage
- Entrepreneurship mindset: driven, curious, adventurous, independent, team player
