Responsibilities:

-Assist in full spectrum of HR related matters including payroll, EP and Visa application & administration.

-Administer Training & Development function including training needs analysis, identify competency gap, training plan, post course evaluation and training effectiveness

-Administer Performance Management.

-Assist in conducting interviews and job placement for our clients

Requirements:

-Able to handle multiple priorities and complete tasks/projects in accordance with stated deadlines

-Self-motivated with strong organizational, time management skills and excellent follow-up ability

-Independent worker as well as a good team player

-Must be able to work efficiently and be a fast worker

-Good and positive working attitude

-Excellent Microsoft Office skills
