Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
  1. Skill Set matrix test and evaluation
  • Administer test and evaluate scores
  • Provide recommendation for employees’ confirmation and promotion 
  • Work with Process Engineer to keep the Skill Set Matrix data updated
  1. English Training course
  • Work out the curriculum for the training, to ensure that the training is highly transferrable to Chinese-speaking employees  
  • Main trainer and facilitator for the trainings
  1. Training coordinator
  • Apply for employees’ training courses
  • Ensure timely submission of the training application and feedback form
  1. Lunch & Learn session coordinator
  • Introduce lunch & learn topics
  • Coordinate all logistics requirement for the training sessions
  1. On-boarding Training
  • Assist in on-boarding induction & training
  • Assist in logistics aspects of the HR on-boarding program.
  1. Maintenance of P-file and archiving of documents and other ad hoc duties
Requirements: 
  1. Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Marketing, Business, Education or any related programs
  2. Meticulous
  3. High learning agility
  4. Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to develop and facilitate language course
  5. Has a keen interest in Training & Development
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
