Summary
Provide administrative support to Regional Talent Acquisition team for local and regional recruitment initiatives.
Key Responsibility
· Support recruitment project administration and update information on company database or applicant tracking system (ATS).
· Perform basic job application pre-screening, shortlisting and filing of applicant profile on appropriate job requisition folders.
· Schedule, plan and organize in-house or off-site interviews for assigned recruitment project; booking of meeting rooms, video conference or any other external facility.
· Support all talent acquisition hiring processes which include but not limited to; interview scheduling, calendar management, meeting administration and etc.
· Provide regular recruitment projects update on weekly or bi-weekly basis.
· Responsible for posting job advertisement and maintaining job boards as necessary.
· Responding to recruitment related enquiries and performing other relevant duties as assigned.
