1)      Undergraduate in Diploma/ Degree in any discipline

2)      Must have a keen interest in Human Resource

3)      Meticulous

4)      Willing to learn and adapt

5)      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

6)      Prior experience in tuition or any form of class room teaching would be an advantage
