Interexpat Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore based Internet Company backed by an established European group. The company manages a number of websites (ExpatFinder.com) and is currently seeking a customer relationship and process management intern to work on its offline support service and

Responsibilities:

• Daily management of customers requests : to answer all in-coming telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally

• To pro-actively make out-bound calls to potential customers to promote our services

• Build customer loyalty through excellent customer service etiquette and attention to customer needs

• Set up of a relationships with service providers

Requirements:

• Experience in customer relationship management, telemarketing or sales is a must.

• Good telemarketing skills

• Experience in Logistics or Relocation services is a plus

• Extremely organized and structured in work processes

• Finding great personal satisfaction in helping and supporting people

• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs

• Team player

• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure

• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

• Proficiency in English (written and verbal): Best English phone and email etiquette
