Job Description
We've got a fantastic opportunity for you to join us as a Human Resources Trainee where you will perform entry-level Human Resources and administrative duties.
Job Descriptions:
- Provide basic employee assistance, serving as initial point of contact for human resources-related matters.
- Maintain employee records and personal files.
- Prepare training materials for monthly Hotel orientation and other training events.
- Assist the Human Resources department in other ad hoc duties in relation to learning & development, performance management, employee engagement, monthly staff activities and recruitment.
