INTELLLEX (intelllex.com) is a legal tech startup in the business of developing an intelligent online workspace for the legal community to tackle a whole range of century-old inefficiencies in a lawyer’s workflow.
Their products consist of SOURCE- a legal search engine, SCRIBE- a note-taking app with a personalised casebook, and STACKS- a repository tailored for the legal profession.
Their team of ex-lawyers and engineers are looking to recruit developers who are committed to be part of the INTELLLEX team and excited about pushing boundaries to shape their products as they evolve to meet the legal community's needs.
Please note that this is a full time job and not an internship.

Your Task
Build and create new features for apps (customer-facing and internal)
Take ownership of specific modules/apps, maintain it and make recommendations to the tech lead
Join the team in product planning and design
Write clean, well-documented and efficient code
Requirements
JavaScript - this constitutes the bulk of our front-facing codes and you have to be proficient with it to help us with cool UI/UX implementation
Code tests - mandatory for all the features we develop to ensure smooth integration for each development cycle
Teamwork & personal project management - our product is developed efficiently and this can only be possible if each developer communicates responsibly with the team
At least 1.5 years of experience in front-end development
What skills will give you bonus points?
Ruby on Rails - it is their main back-end language and you need to be comfortable with it
Working knowledge of AngularJS
Familiarity with traditional SQL databases - mySQL and/or postgreSQL
Experience working with the full web stack and how it works from server → database → web browser
Keep up with the latest tech trends and best practices - and be able to share it with the team
