Job Description

Conceptualise, plan and execute highly effective events

Handle event enquiries from prospective clients

Conduct event site visits for clients and provide professional advice on event layout

Providing on site operational support to events team

Responsible for updating event details and vendor bookings

Build and maintain rapport with partners and suppliers

Oversee all aspects of event management and production

Coordinate and execute events to clients’ requirements and expectations

Coordinate effectively with other departments to facilitate smooth execution of events and ensure quality and customer satisfaction

Consistently offer professional and friendly and engaging service to both clients and colleagues

Effective management of logistics

Leads generation and acquiring new clientele via cold calling

Preparation of quotations and proposals based on specific requirements

Presentation of Business Proposals to Clients
