 Conceptualise, plan and execute highly effective events
 Handle event enquiries from prospective clients 
 Conduct event site visits for clients and provide professional advice on event layout
 Providing on site operational support to events team 
Responsible for updating event details and vendor bookings
 Build and maintain rapport with partners and suppliers
 Oversee all aspects of event management and production
 Coordinate and execute events to clients’ requirements and expectations
 Coordinate effectively with other departments to facilitate smooth execution of events and ensure quality and customer satisfaction
 Consistently offer professional and friendly and engaging service to both clients and colleagues
 Effective management of logistics
 Leads generation and acquiring new clientele via cold calling
Preparation of quotations and proposals based on specific requirements
Presentation of Business Proposals to Clients
