- Job Description Conceptualise, plan and execute highly effective events Handle event enquiries from prospective clients Conduct event site visits for clients and provide professional advice on event layout Providing on site operational support to events teamResponsible for updating event details and vendor bookings Build and maintain rapport with partners and suppliers Oversee all aspects of event management and production Coordinate and execute events to clients’ requirements and expectations Coordinate effectively with other departments to facilitate smooth execution of events and ensure quality and customer satisfaction Consistently offer professional and friendly and engaging service to both clients and colleagues Effective management of logistics Leads generation and acquiring new clientele via cold callingPreparation of quotations and proposals based on specific requirementsPresentation of Business Proposals to Clients
