The firm’s flagship event, Asia Nuclear Business Platform, was held for the third year at Hong Kong in April 2015 which was attended by global nuclear stakeholders. We are currently in the planning stages of building the brand and are looking to expand into European markets in 2016.

The firm is looking to add a Marketing Executive to our team for a, who will work on the following events:

Asia IOT/M2M Business Platform:

Thailand Edition - May 2015

Indonesia Edition - Aug 2015

Malaysia Edition - Nov 2015

Job Description

This is a multi-faceted role with a focus on different channels of marketing. The candidate will report to the Managing Director of the firm.

Responsibilities:

 Sell sponsorship, exhibition & delegate packages through both traditional and non traditional marketing methods. A focus/knowledge on inbound marketing campaigns will be advantageous

 Manage a portfolio of events across a variety of industry sectors

 Research and prospect for potential partners

 Pre-event and onsite communication with potential delegates, exhibitors and sponsors to deliver quality customer service and ensure success of the events

 Relationship building with key stakeholders

 Work closely with Project Manager to formulate targetted communications and marketing strategy for each conference

 Maintain and develop new data gathering, data management and campaign tracking processes to improve the efficiency of the marketing and sales

 Take the lead, working with editorial colleagues and the International Conference Producer, on exploiting the potential of social media to drive awareness our events, and generate sales/sales leads.
