ABOUT IKEDA SPA
Our humble beginning was a single level shophouse located at Bukit Timah, beautifully converted into a Japanese sanctuary with 10 treatment rooms back in 2009. With a dedicated team of therapists and managers, we have garnered more than 15 acclaimed spa awards to date. Following the success of Ikeda Spa, Ikeda Spa Prestige opened its door in 2013 at Clarke Quay, which houses Singapore’s first Japanese public bath house.
- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services and products to customers.
- Responsible for the operations of front service counter, and in the receiving of customers.
- Ensure stock management adhere to desired inventory levels.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of spa outlet.
- Manage staff training and schedule all staff roster.
- Supervise the spa team in the absence of the Manager.
- Accountable for all staff performances.
- Achieve monthly sales target.
- O Levels and above.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hotel, service, retail or spa industry
- Pleasant personality and well-groomed.
- Possesses good customer service and sales-driven.
- Ability to motivate all staffs.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Willing to work retail hours (1pm to 10pm).
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (for liasion with Mandarin-speaking customers).
